At Sinclair's Motorsports we have found that most Chinese manufacturers do not use a standardized method when rating their batteries. Most manufacturers rated their batteries using a very low discharge amperage to increase their advertised amp hour rating . For example if we were to take a set of Chinese 20AH batteries and put them on our battery equalizing machine and discharge them at 10 amps they would test out at only 15AH, but if we take the same batteries and load test them at 2 amps we would then see the 20AH rating as advertised. However most electric scooters require a much higher draw out of their batteries to work efficiently.
We test all our batteries by putting them on a 10AH discharge cycle and we consistently get a 21AH rating from our Japanese deep cycle cells. We strongly feel these are the best quality battery batteries available for electric scooters on the market and will provide the user at least 30% longer range and longevity.
